CANNES, France (22 June, 2015) — Adazzle Limited (Adazzle), the leading provider of media workflow and trading technology for media buying points, and PubMatic, the marketing automation software company for publishers, today announced they have signed a global agreement that will provide media agencies using the Adazzle platform with direct access to PubMatic publisher inventory on an Automated Guaranteed basis, direct from their media plans. For PubMatic’s publishers, the integration will provide the ability to trade forward guaranteed inventory in a direct and automated manner with major agencies, including GroupM, Publicis and Dentsu Aegis Network, in markets across Europe and APAC, initially.

Adazzle vs Shellshock

Another high-profile IT vulnerability came to light last week, dubbed “Shellshock”, centered around the BASH command line interface.

Just as with the “Heartbleed” vulnerability earlier this year, Adazzle has not been affected by this.  All of the infrastructure which supports the websites has been checked, and verified as not being exposed.

We have also completed a review of third party systems which could impact on us, and these have also been cleared.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to monitor the issue and its potential to impact on us and our users.

Adazzle Announces Managing Director

LONDON, UK, July 16, 2014 – Adazzle Limited today announced that its board of directors has appointed board member Teiffyon Parry as managing director.  The appointment follows a recruitment process triggered by the death of the previous managing director, Harry Torrance, earlier this year.

Mr. Parry joined Adazzle’s board in 2012, having worked at Adazzle since 2001.  During his time with the firm, he has worked across a broad range of the company’s business functions, before focusing on client services.  As Adazzle’s Director of Client Services, Mr. Parry successfully led the new business acquisition and deployment of Adazzle across several markets.

Mr. Parry said, “I am looking forward to building on the successes of the past few years, and leading Adazzle in its next phase of innovation and growth.  Whilst we are understandably upset at the untimely loss of Harry Torrance, we are also excited about the opportunities that lie ahead of us as we enter a new chapter in Adazzle’s future.”

On behalf of Adazzle’s board, chairman Philip Shaw said, “Under Harry’s leadership, Adazzle grew from an established UK print media trading platform to the dominant system for trading print and online media in the UK, as well as launching in several overseas markets.  With Teiffyon, we have a leader who can bring the same level of passion and performance to drive the next stage of Adazzle’s growth.”

As managing director, Mr. Parry will work with Adazzle’s leadership team to drive the company’s ongoing performance, whilst retaining responsibility for client & product services.
